1:1 attention to help bring your body into balance, gaining strength, increasing endurance, and helping you achieve the healthy lifestyle you are looking for. You will learn how to work hard while we are together as well as through homework on your own. I have a BS in Exercise Science and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I am currently working on a Master's Degree in Sports Nutrition so I can continue to offer the most current and scientific information to help you reach your goals.
Small Group Training is an affordable option to personal training. No more than 10 people in each group gives me the opportunity to work with everyone's strengths and abilities while making sure they are moving correctly and getting the most from each exercise. It improves balance, stability, and coordination. We work with a new program each time we meet causing muscle confusion so we can continue to challenge your body.

Mud Warriors will train you for a Mud Run event or Obstacle Course Race (OCR). Our members have completed Spartan Sprints, Supers, and Beasts. They have also completed Tough Mudder, Warrior Dash, and Dirty Girl. It is an empowering program with an amazing group of inspiring people. We work as a team to take on challenges and complete obstacles. You do not have to do an OCR in order to join us in Mud Warriors but you do have to be committed to the work and those you are working with.
