Small Group Training Sessions are offered Monday-Saturday. Groups are no larger than 10. This allows me to evaluate each person as they are doing moves. I am able to make corrections when necessary making sure everyone is moving safely. I am aware of accidents, injuries, and surgeries each person has had. I don't ask you to perform moves that are not safe for you. If the group is doing a move that is inappropriate for you, I will provide you with an alternative exercise. Small Groups help provide encouragement and support to each other. It is an affordable option to one on one training. This is not a gym. You do not pay a monthly membership. You are not in a contract. You buy sessions and use them as it works for your goals and your schedule. You are required in sign up for a session in advance in order to participate. You must cancel your session 24 hours in advance to retain your credit.

Personal Training is done one on one. We do an evaluation, correct imbalances, and design a program to help you reach your goals. We will meet regularly in my office to help you stay on track. We will discuss basic nutrition and take body composition measurements. If you are disciplined enough to work on your own, we can meet to design a program for you to do at home on your own. I will check in to advance your program or schedule a new appointment to write the next program so you continue to work towards your goal. Personal Training sessions cannot be scheduled online.
